Counselor
Prof. Dr. Jens Zumbrägel
The Counselor is the advising professor of the student branch. He is the connection to the university organisations, and helper whenever a crisis occurs.

The Chairman is the main coordinator of the branch, that's why everything is his business :). He mainly keeps contact to the IEEE mother organisation, and handles all legal and organisational affairs of the branch.
Vice-Chairman

The Vice-Chair supports the Chair at his work, and acts as his surrogate in emergencies. :)
