FSinfo gets around 700 requests for exam protocols per year. Answering those E-Mails was automated over the years and nowadays it often only takes a few seconds to answer an E-Mail.

The presentation of the longtime Klausifix developer Jonas Pöhler offers an overview of the development of the Klausifix tools, which now do most of the work, and insights into how software development can be done in a volunteer environment.
